WANTED: Customer Support Coordinator for RAF Tabtronics LLC's Florida Operation.
As a Customer Support Coordinator, the candidate will be responsible for working with and assisting customers, manufacturers representatives and internal customer loyalty team. The position must ensure that orders are entered accurately and that projects are coordinated between customers and internal resources with urgency. The Coordinator will assist customers and will be responsible for tracking and monitoring customer schedules.
Selected candidate will have 2-5 years of customer support experience, project management experience and a strong ability to communicate and work as a team member. In addition, the candidate must have a pleasing personality with the ability for effective planning, problem solving and organizational skills, knowledge of MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Access is required).
Bilingual (English, Spanish) language ability is a preferred.
MAJOR ACTIVITIES:
1. Point of contact between RAF Team and the Customers Team
2. Support all customer requirements including scheduling and expedites
3. Communicate customer requirements and act as a liaison between various functions within RAF
4. Control and Monitor customer requirements based on due dates
5. Travel to visit customers as necessary
