Victor Quinn began his career with CEN Electronics as a Design Engineer in 1980 working in various design engineering assignments. In 1989 he became responsible for all electronic assembly and magnetics R&D activities as CEN's Magnetic Design Engineering Manager. From 1996 thru 2000, Vic served as Sales & Engineering Manager, and then Product Line Manager for the Magnetics & Electrical Assembly areas.
When Tabtronics acquired CEN's Specialty Magnetics Division in March 2000, Vic became Tabtronics' Manager of Caledonia Sales & Operations and subsequently, the company's Growth Fulfillment Manager in charge of Marketing, Sales, and Engineering.
In 2003 Vic was promoted to the company's Chief Technology Officer. In this role he is responsible for thinking big, for designing small, and for taking magnetics to the highest power.

Vic has produced helpful White Papers on design and technology and has a recent Feature Article "Scaling Design Methods to Improve Transformers" published in Power Electronics Technology magazine.
